“I want to reply before a competitor does”
New posts from selected public groups can go to email, Slack, SMS, or a webhook. Choose an instant alert or a digest. The team gets the signal while the person who asked is still following the conversation.
LeadScanner is a sales prospecting tool for sales teams that finds demand people post publicly in Facebook groups before the author stops reading replies.

We read public content only, signed out. We never enter closed or private groups.

This is not about replacing the person who checks groups today. It is about keeping an inquiry out of one person’s spreadsheet and giving the owner a view of incoming demand and response time.

Set your own phrases or use AI mode. AI scores buying intent from 0 to 100, explains the score, and drafts a reply in the post’s language and your chosen voice.
Inquiries do not stay in one person’s private spreadsheet. Growth includes 12 months of history, and alerts can go to a shared channel. The team can see the source and the text of the public request.
Start with groups where customers already describe a problem. LeadScanner reads only posts and comments that Facebook shows to a signed-out visitor.
Choose public local and trade groups, such as groups where Chicago businesses ask for bookkeeping help or homeowners in Austin look for a remodeler. First, use the free check on the home page to see whether a group is public and readable.
Add phrases such as “looking for payroll support,” or set an offer profile in AI mode. Each client or campaign can have its own workspace, sources, offer profile, time zone, and notification rules.
When a matching post or comment appears, the team receives an alert. In AI mode, it sees a score, the reason for it, and a draft reply. A sales rep checks the context and replies personally.
Growth comes with the points pool shown in the pricing, 25 sources, AI mode, and comments. It includes email, SMS, and Slack notifications, 3 users, and 12 months of history. One scan of one source uses 1 point; an AI scan uses 2 points. There are no scope surcharges, and points are refunded when a scan fails on our side.
The plan includes 3 users, so a larger team will need to share that set of seats. The AI score is a prompt, not a decision: a person still checks the context and sends the reply.
PricingLeadScanner reads only what a public Facebook group or page shows to a signed-out visitor. It uses no Facebook account, does not get around a login wall, and does not read closed groups. Public posts are still personal data, so plan-based retention applies and data can be deleted on request.
They do not have to. The person who knows the groups and your customers’ language is still needed to select sources, check context, and reply. LeadScanner removes the daily need to remember every group, routes matching posts to the team, and helps show the owner what demand is coming in.
That depends on the phrases, sources, and notification rules you set. You can use your own keywords or AI mode, which scores buying intent and explains the score. Alerts can arrive instantly or as a digest through email, Slack, SMS, or a webhook.
A person on your team does. In AI mode, LeadScanner provides a 0–100 score, an explanation, and a reply draft in the post’s language and your chosen voice. It does not publish a reply for the rep. That helps shorten first response time without handing the conversation to automation.
No. LeadScanner does not collect phone numbers, email addresses, or lists of people who reacted to a post, because a signed-out visitor cannot see them. It also does not export group members or read private or closed groups. No plan changes those limits.
Paste a link to one of your groups into the free check on the home page to see whether it is public and readable. If it is, start the free trial. No card is required.
