Small agency workspace with a long shared table, three laptops with blurred screens, sticky notes, a whiteboard with empty columns, one off-frame hand holding a mug, afternoon light, brick wall, and no faces.

Lead generation for agencies without mixing client work

Each client gets a separate campaign workspace. Your team works from one point pool, while sources and notifications remain separate.

“I cannot mix up a client, offer, or market”

Each campaign has its own offer profile, sources, notification rules, and time zone. Run separate work for a Dallas roofer, a Chicago staffing firm, and your agency’s own client pipeline.

“I need to send a client a result, not a screenshot”

Each campaign has a PDF report you can send to the client. The campaign name stays visible, making it clear which offer and lead stream the report covers.

“A lead needs to enter our process”

The Agency plan includes a webhook, so you can send results to your CRM or through Zapier and Make. You can also use email, Slack, or SMS notifications according to the campaign and team.

How do marketing agencies get clients from public groups?

You do not buy contact lists. You set up the places where people describe a need in their own words, then route relevant posts to the right person.

  1. Create a campaign for each client

Add the client’s offer, public groups or pages, phrases or AI mode, and a time zone. Campaigns do not share offer profiles or notification rules.

  2. LeadScanner reads the public view

A scan reads posts and comments visible to a signed-out visitor in public Facebook groups and public pages. It does not use any Facebook account and never reads closed groups.

  3. Your team gets the result where it works

AI mode scores buying intent, explains the score, and drafts a reply in the post’s language and the client’s voice. Send the result as a notification or through a webhook.

Plan for agencies: Agency

The Agency plan has the largest points pool of the three (the pricing shows the current figure), unlimited sources, webhooks, and 10 users. One scan of one source uses 1 point, while an AI-mode scan uses 2 points. The point pool is shared across client campaigns, so you can direct scanning work where it is needed.

This is not white label. The panel and emails carry LeadScanner branding, and reports show the campaign name and LeadScanner’s name. The plan has up to 10 users, with no extra seats assigned per client.

Questions that come with it

Can an agency build Facebook group monitoring in-house?

Yes, but it means maintaining more than a simple script. A datacenter IP gets a Facebook login wall, so an in-house scraper needs residential proxies. It also has to request chronological order because groups default to popular posts, and it must handle layout changes across post types. Our scraper-building guide explains the practical work in more detail.

Is this white label lead generation?

No. LeadScanner does not offer white label lead generation. The panel and email messages carry LeadScanner branding. A PDF report shows the campaign name and LeadScanner’s name. If a client requires a tool that appears entirely under your agency’s brand, this product is not a fit for that requirement.

How does an agency separate leads across clients?

Each client gets a separate campaign with its own offer profile, sources, notification rules, and time zone. Points are shared across campaigns in the agency workspace. That means you do not need a separate point pool for every client, while campaign settings and results remain separated.

Does LeadScanner collect contacts or read private groups?

No. LeadScanner reads only posts and comments visible without signing in, in public Facebook groups and public pages. It does not read closed groups, collect phone numbers or email addresses, or see lists of people who reacted to a post.

What if our team is full or a client pauses work?

You can cancel the subscription in one click. That is fine when you do not need more inquiries for a month. Monthly points apply to the billing period and do not expire during that period. You can also switch off a client campaign when it no longer needs scanning.

Check a client’s group before you build the campaign

Paste the group link into the free check on the home page to see whether it is public and readable. Then start the free trial without a card and set up your first client campaign.
