Export Facebook group members is not a feature

LeadScanner does not provide an export Facebook group members function, a Facebook contact database, or a file of profiles belonging to a group. We do not collect phone numbers, email addresses, or member lists. The tool works without a logged-in Facebook account. It does not use your account, our account, or a rented account. A signed-out visitor does not see that data.

This is a deliberate boundary, not an upgrade you can buy. Contact data and member lists are not needed to notice a public post from somebody looking for a specific service. They are useful for bulk outreach, while a public post does not create an unlimited right to build that kind of database. Personal data needs a defined processing purpose and rules for how long it is kept.

Who liked a post: no list is available

LeadScanner does not show who liked a post, who used a heart reaction, or who selected any other reaction. Facebook may show a signed-out visitor a reaction count, but not the list of people behind that count. Because that list is not available in the public view we read, we do not collect it or try to reconstruct it.

A tool that promises a list of people who reacted has to use somebody’s logged-in account or access unavailable to an ordinary signed-out visitor. That changes both the method and the risk for the account owner. Scrape private Facebook group is not an option

We do not read private or closed groups. We do not send join requests, use a member’s account, or get around a login wall. A padlock on a group means its content is not available to a signed-out visitor. The same rule applies to profile information that becomes visible only after signing in.

LeadScanner reads public groups and public pages only, within the content Facebook shows a visitor without a login. A scan opens a source in chronological order, reads the visible posts, and reads comments under those posts. If a group is not public or cannot be read signed out, it cannot be a LeadScanner source. You can paste a group link into the free check on the home page to test that condition.

Instead of a Facebook contact database, you get a signal

What you get is narrower and more useful for sales based on a conversation. When somebody publicly writes that they need an accountant in Chicago, a contractor in Austin, or an HVAC technician nearby, LeadScanner can send a notification about that post with its link. You do not get a list of people to contact. You get a specific public signal and the place where the person made it.

You can match posts with your own phrases or use AI mode, which scores buying intent, explains the score, and drafts a reply in the post’s language and your customer’s voice. Notifications can go to email, Slack, SMS, or a webhook, depending on the plan. This does not replace contact-list building. It helps you respond to a person who publicly described a need.

Who LeadScanner is not for

This tool is enough for a sales coordinator whose assistant reads groups every morning, an agency owner who wants separate sources for each client, and a one-person trade business that depends on local referrals. Each needs fresh public requests and a link to the conversation, not an export of data about people who have not stated a need.

It is not right for someone who wants to send offers in bulk, export Facebook group members, collect phone numbers or email addresses, or enter a closed community. If you need an export of your own data, look for Facebook’s own tools for your own account and data. There is no equivalent lawful export of other people’s data merely because they belong to a group.

If you are looking for public posts with a real need, start by checking your own group for free on the home page. If the group is public and readable, you can then start a free trial without a card. If you need contact lists or access to closed groups, do not start a trial. LeadScanner is not built for that.
